RELOCATION
We offer comprehensive solutions for our clients' relocation needs. Our relocation partner provides tailored solutions for companies that relocate some of their employees to Hungary for their local operations and employ them here, potentially for extended periods.
Employment
The authorization process required for employment depends on the citizenship of the foreign national to be employed and other circumstances (e.g., since January 1, 2014, the processing of work and residence permits for third-country nationals engaging in gainful activity takes place via a so-called consolidated application procedure). Based on these factors, we provide the following services: Obtaining work permits Employment registration/notification Drafting employment contracts Our administrative services include the following: We prepare the necessary documents and submit them to the authorities; the client simply needs to sign them.
We monitor the process and deliver the issued permit to the employer. We record the permit's expiration date in our computerized monitoring system, ensuring we notify our clients three months before the permit expires. Upon request, we also draft the employee's employment contract.

Residency
The procedure for obtaining a residency permit varies depending on the individual's foreign citizenship or status (e.g., as of January 1, 2014, the processing of work and residence permits for third-country nationals engaging in gainful employment takes place via a so-called consolidated application procedure). Taking into full account the prevailing circumstances and our client's interests—and in consultation with our attorney—we provide the following services: Residence permit Registration card Permanent residence card Visa Settlement permit Citizenship Obtaining a letter of invitation Our services include the following: We gather and prepare the necessary documents.
Our attorney reviews the application, and if it is submitted in Hungary, we accompany our client. We monitor the process and deliver the issued permit to our client. We record the permit's expiration date in our computerized monitoring system, ensuring that we notify our clients three months before the permit expires. For visa matters, we handle the compilation of the application and arrange for its review by an attorney. We provide advice and comprehensive administrative assistance regarding settlement and citizenship matters, taking into account the prevailing circumstances.
